How does booking and payment work?
Book online in a few minutes. Pick your package, vehicle size and any add-ons, choose an open time, enter the address where the car will be and pay in full through Stripe Checkout. Your time is reserved as soon as payment goes through, and you get a booking reference. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. We just need to reach the car and get inside it, so leave it unlocked or arrange the keys with us ahead of time. Put gate codes, parking details and where to find the car in your booking notes. If we have a question on the day, we will call or text you.
Do you need water or power at my place?
Tell us about water and power access in your booking notes, for example an outdoor spigot or outlet near where the car will be parked. If we have questions about your setup, we will call or text you before your appointment, so there are no surprises on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or we cannot access the vehicle when we arrive, you get a 50% refund. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours notice.
